“I wouldn't go back”
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far below our expectations. The hotel is not exactly what it appears to be in the photos. When we arrived, we noticed that the facilities and level of comfort were considerably lower than what the pictures suggest. The room did not provide the level of comfort we expected, and we had problems with the television, which did not work properly. Another very negative point was the breakfast. The food and products were not replenished properly, and we often had to wait or ask the staff to refill items that had already run out. For a hotel of this type, we expected a much more organized breakfast service. We also had a situation that I found very uncomfortable: hotel staff entered our room while we were not there. I believe that guests’ privacy should be a priority and that any entry into the room should be communicated in advance, except in emergency situations. Regarding parking, there are not enough spaces available, and parking is charged separately. In addition, we had the impression that many services and situations end up generating extra costs, making the stay more expensive than it initially appears. Overall, I feel there is a significant difference between what the hotel presents in its photos and the actual experience. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. I believe there are other hotels in the area that offer a more comfortable and transparent experience for the same price
“Tesekkurler”
Hersey Guzeldi. Guleryuzlu staff. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean. Everything was just as it should be.
“Nice place to stay for one night”
Good value for money. However, you have to pay extra for day parking, there’s no kettle in the room, and the breakfast had cold eggs and no milk in the coffee machine.
The place was lovely, with a great breakfast and a comfy bed; the view was fabulous. It’s walkable to Budva centre, but remember the hotel sits up a hill – about a 15‑20 minute walk. One small issue: the towel warmer wasn’t working because it needed a plug and there was none available.
The view was wonderful, the room was clean, the staff were very kind, and there was a lovely birthday surprise. We received a higher‑standard room and a lamp with champagne – a very sweet gesture.
