Location. I was booked 2 beds 1 full bed and 1 is king bed but gave me 2 twin beds

The location is great and the price is reasonable, but the TV in my room was broken and the cable service didn’t work.

I forgot to get my deposit back. I tried to contact the hotel through the booking platform, but they never responded, so the money wasn’t returned.
