The location and staff behavior were good, but the cleanliness was lacking, with rooms full of cockroaches; after a complaint I was moved to a new room, yet cockroaches were still in that new room.

The experience was perfect, with everything I could wish for.

The hotel's breakfast spread was pretty basic, but what really got to me was the infestation of cockroaches in the premises and my room. I mean, it's not exactly what you want to see when you're trying to relax on vacation.

The site is fake and the booking was a sham; don’t book any hotel from this app, as no hotel, no booking, and no rooms were found.

My experience here was really underwhelming. The rooms were a mess, with dust everywhere, and when I asked for room service to clean, they just picked up the trash and left. To make matters worse, there was no hot water for most of my stay, which was really frustrating.
