Pousada Mainá is a 100-metre walk from Ossos Beach and 100 metres from Orla Bardot boardwalk. The hotel features air-conditioned rooms with a TV, minibar, and private bathroom, as well as a sauna and outdoor pool. A free buffet breakfast is served daily, and WiFi is complimentary. Restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance, with Rua das Pedras Road 1 km away.

The spot is spot on – you can walk to a handful of beaches, a bunch of restaurants, the whole boardwalk and Rua das Pedras. The coffee is great. The place is simple but does its job well. The only thing that could use a touch-up is the cleaning.

I was only 16 minutes on foot from the city center, and a few beaches were close enough that it made everything easier! We never needed our car; we took a van to downtown and walked back, and when I headed to Geribá I rode a van and then an Uber home. It’s worth it for the price. The owner was super attentive, friendly, and the lady who works there was great too. The rooms were basic, but they took care of us, especially since we stayed only a short time. The bed was comfy and the shower was fantastic! Breakfast was simple but tasty. Nothing to complain about – we’ll be back soon!
