The only thing I could say is that the customer service was terrible, making this the worst experience I’ve had.

Everyone on the team—security, front desk, and service—was incredibly helpful, and the room was nice with thoughtful amenities. The warmth and care from each member is rare these days, making it a great experience. Thank you for everything.

The rooms were clean and neat. Nothing else.

Very good. In India we weren’t always happy with hospitality in many places, but compared to a decade ago it’s improved a lot. The overall level of hospitality is now far better than before. The only downside was the location.
