i checked in on the 21 and checked out on the 24th and tried getting the to put the first day at the end incase i was staying later and would not work with me. i checked out Friday tried talking to them but no one at desk tried looking for some one and nothing put cards in express then left. delt with a booking dot com rep. I was told they would look after it and haven't heard anything. Tried dealing with the front desk clerk and he was brutal asked to speak to the manager and he told me they were not in until the next day and he would have them call me and nothing. went on your quick chat to see about refund and no reply. So all and all not worth using the app and will not be staying at that hotel again

“It was just ok for a one night stay”

The room was clean, but the lobby wasn’t. There’s no coffee provided in the room, which is a downside.

I was pleased that the hotel was just a short walk from my horseshoe, and the rooms were clean. However, the TV was terrible, constantly streaming annoying content that made it impossible to watch anything during my 4‑night stay. There was no vending machine for snacks or drinks, and the ice machine only worked after someone manually turned it on. I had to call the front desk after housekeeping finished to get more toilet paper.
