The décor is stunning, the place is spotless, and the room has all the essentials. Roger is an incredible host. Every morning we enjoyed a relaxed breakfast, and the marmalade was fantastic! Tea and cookies upon arrival were a lovely touch, and the lemon drizzle cake the next day was also great. The stay was peaceful and relaxing—thanks to Roger and Katie.

We spent a lovely overnight stay at Ardwyn House. From the moment we arrived in the parking area, we were welcomed, given a guided tour, shown to our room, and offered refreshments. The room felt homely, comfortable, and spotless. The breakfast the next morning was unrivaled. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return someday. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The home is beautiful and the host is friendly and helpful. I’m nervous around dogs, but he was very considerate and kept them away from me. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the host’s company. Only staying one night, it’s worth extending the stay to explore more of the area.
