“family oasis in north pattaya”

The hotel feels like a small oasis amid the busy north Pattaya area, probably best for families rather than business travelers. The staff are courteous and breakfast is decent. However, the Wi‑Fi barely reaches the room; even new devices struggle to get more than 1 bar and video calls don’t work at all. The gym is run down, with some machines not functioning.

Breakfast and the fitness facilities were great, basically everything met our expectations and there were no issues at all.

There's a great variety of breakfast options and the food tastes pretty good. They also tweak the menu a bit each day. Plus, the fruit selection is both fresh and abundant. The room cleaning was prompt and the hygiene was excellent. The housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. The entire hotel feels like a garden, and the pool is absolutely fantastic. Perhaps because it was the off-peak season in August, we often had the pool all to ourselves, which was incredibly relaxing. Even though one of the pools was closed for maintenance, it didn't affect our experience at all. The hotel is right next to Terminal 21. Although the surrounding area is quite lively, the hotel manages to be a peaceful oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!. There are a few areas for improvement: Towels are not provided at the pool area, so guests need to bring their own from their rooms. Pest control in the garden needs to be enhanced. There are many long, multi-legged, striped insects in the grass, which can be quite frightening

I had a flawless stay, everything was perfect, but I did notice the room lacked an iron.
