The location was good.
“Good place to base for skiing.”
Close to the ski area, and the staff were excellent—very polite with great service and attitude. Our original room was a bit hot even with the heater off, but the staff moved us to another room that turned out to be perfect.
Fantastic location - short walk to the ski field. It was very handy to have the equipment hire place on site. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive to requests. There were only two washing machines and dryers, and they were in high demand. It was hard to find one free to put a load on. They could have done with a few extra staff around breakfast time. The staff were so busy but breakfast supplies kept running out

The spot is great—just a short walk to ski lifts, restaurants, and the bus stop. Breakfast came with a decent spread of eggs, bacon, bread, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, and more. The staff were friendly and helpful. The boot room was a decent size, there was a black cat board shipping service to the airport, and free washing machine and dryer were available. The dinner at the lodge was only passable; I tried it once and wouldn’t return—there are better, cheaper options nearby. The room windows don’t open, so it got a bit stuffy, and there’s no fridge in the room as advertised, which could be useful since there are no convenience stores in the village. A larger mirror outside the bathroom would also help.
