This is kind of hard to answer at this time. The day receptionist on tuesday and night were very helpfullas well as the Wednesday day. Well to start off i waites 2 hours and a half to check in and inwas the one they were helping out. The pool was dirty, the ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work, the elevator felt sketchy. There was alot of homeless around the area that made me feel unsafe

Everything was very clean and there was a really good breakfast. The pool was also clean and spacious. However, towels had to be taken from the gym. The room was very clean and spacious. Towels at the pool were missing, and there was unfortunately no way to refill water as usual.

We stayed for one night with family while traveling in the area, also used their property in Williams. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly. The price matched what you get. I’ll definitely book this hotel chain again in the future.
