Facilities, cleanliness, and service were good. They charge a 3% fee for credit card payments, which I’ve never seen elsewhere, and the booking platform didn’t warn me.

The hotel feels very modern, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. Rooms are super comfy and offer beautiful pool views, which are absolutely amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Rooms feel modern with comfy beds and excellent pillows. The buffet breakfast is varied and fresh, and the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness really stand out—truly outstanding.
One of our favourite hotels in 2 months of travelling Southeast Asia. The staff went above and beyond, facilitated early check in and organised a trip to the waterfalls for us. The shuttle service to town is a touch of class. The pool bar had an amazing vibe. The room was gorgeous- couldn’t recommend enough
