The room was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty.

The location is great, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. However, the booking page says there’s parking, which is false—there are no hotel parking spots, only paid, hard‑to‑reach city lots nearby. Breakfast is mediocre; by 9 am it’s already thin. Rooms lack coffee and tea, and the shower area is dirty.

Right from the entrance the hotel feels impressive, situated right in the heart of the old town. Everyone on staff is very nice and helpful, especially Ms. Karolina at reception. Breakfast is varied, beautifully presented, and there’s something for everyone.

The hotel was fantastic, with helpful and energetic receptionists. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, and spacious rooms.
