There was no soap of any kind

Nothing, it was poorly maintained. It was dirty and nasty. The front‑office guy insisted he check the room before we left so I could get my deposit back. He entered the room, pulled the curtain off, and called me over to say we had pulled it off. I argued with him for 10 minutes, then he said he would pay me back, but I still haven’t received it and I doubt he will. It’s not about the money; it’s that he’s basically trying to steal from people.
