“Nice hotel with pictures as described! May have a few minor problems if not clean and smells good!”

The room was spacious, but the check‑in attendant made it difficult for everyone; I had booked in advance, yet was told I had no reservation, then later claimed I’d already checked in that day. I asked for a first‑floor room due to disabilities, but he said none were available, even though others were given first‑floor rooms afterward. Only one burner worked in our room, and we had to wait for maintenance to fix the cable.

“EXTREMELY DIRTY”

Arriving from Florida, I asked the receptionist for early check‑in and she inspected a room, declaring it clean and ready, yet the place was EXTREMELY dirty: floors, bedspread, walls, bathroom, shower curtain—especially at the bottom—were covered in grime, the shower walls had a snot‑like substance, footprints on the floor, the soap holder was filthy, and the toilet seat and cover were unclean with stains around the toilet. I was exhausted and wanted a clean, comfortable room, but this hotel offered none. For over $100 a night it should not look like this, and the TV, phone, and Wi‑Fi didn’t work. When I told the receptionist, she apologized and said she’d get someone to clean it, but she’d already claimed it was ready. Very degrading, and I will never return.

The clerk was unprofessional and seemed clueless about how to communicate with guests. The room was very dirty, and I have pictures to prove it.

“Stay was clean and quiet despite the room mixup”

I loved how clean and quiet the stay was, but nobody was at the front desk so I had to call to check in. I was given someone else’s room, but the mix‑up was quickly fixed.
