The only thing that worked for us was the location. We were first placed in a room on the sixth floor, only to discover in the evening that there was no water at all; they moved us to the fourth floor where water ran for an hour but was only cold, and by the time we left at 8 am the water had completely stopped, with the front desk showing no concern whatsoever.

The location is amazing. We stayed in a double room with a small balcony overlooking the cathedral; it was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was fine—you could still make an egg‑and‑potato sandwich. The bathroom was a bit old but everything was clean.
