I always liked staying here until recently. We were a family of five with two bowls, three plates, and two glasses, so we couldn’t use the kitchen as much as we’d hoped, and the top sheet in the bedroom had blood on it.

The location was great, within walking distance to town and Basin, and the room was a good size, yet the property felt run down and very dated—everything was very basic. When we asked at reception for daily towel changes, we said yes, but they never happened; we had to request fresh towels and hand towels each day, and there was no checking of toilet paper or hand soap. All the signs were outdated, with no sky or spa. The room layout was odd, and the plates, cups, etc., were obviously never checked, stained, and dirty. I would not stay again—NO.
