The proximity and central location were great, the views from the terraces were the best, the restaurant was very tasty, and all the staff were very friendly. The shower took a long time to get hot water, wasting a lot of water.

The terraces offered beautiful views, but being right in the center meant a lot of noise that made it impossible to sleep; even though they gave earplugs, the racket was too loud.

The location, staff attention, terraces, and flowers were nice, but the pool was not working and the bathroom was a bit dirty, especially the sink.

The place is excellent, right next to the Zócalo and close to everything. The street noise was a little too loud, but the hotel was aware and had provided earplugs in the room.
