“Good central location to downtown”
The location and parking were good and the beds were comfortable, but there was no elevator and no water bottles in the room.

Everything was great! The air was nice and cold when it was 100 degrees outside, very spacious, great location. I didn’t have anything I didn’t like; if I had to pick something it would be that there was no TV in the bedroom, but that’s no big deal. I’ll definitely come back!

Everything was great! The only downside was that there was no hot water.

I was amazed at how beautiful this place is! It’s quite perfect, actually… definitely my new go-to spot when I visit Charleston. Nothing to complain about.

The location was fine, but it hardly felt like a hotel. I was bombarded with dozens of emails and SMS asking for selfies and ID details for everyone traveling with me, and my replies never went through. Then I got a payment request via WhatsApp from a Brazilian phone. When I arrived, there was no entry code or room instructions, and no staff on site. My group was stuck at the door, discovered there was no elevator and had to lug our bags up to the third floor ourselves. The room lacked even a coffee machine, offering less than a $50 motel would. It was run by some sort of AI system, far from what I paid for, and I would not recommend it.
