We were welcomed by Ricardo, who was very friendly and explained everything, giving us tips for sightseeing and dining. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, the room feels like a museum with antique, lovely furniture. The bathroom is fully equipped. The place is super quiet, and the beds are very comfortable.
We had an amazing stay here - Riccardo is so lovely and gave us lots of great recommendations, the room is gorgeous and well maintained, the bathroom facilities were nice and clean. The location is great. Only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!
Thank you for our stay. We look forward to returning. We really enjoyed the host’s advice and felt like we were in less touristy places, which was very pleasant. The bedding is superb. We felt truly on vacation without any unpleasant surprises, and the ability to drop off luggage before check‑in is top and very convenient. Thanks again ☺️ Marie and Guillaume

We received excellent hospitality: our host was very friendly and gave us lots of useful and interesting information. The accommodation was ideally located, very pleasant, comfortable, furnished and decorated in the spirit of Venice. We had a wonderful stay, happy to return there in the evening after visiting many sites in Venice. Everything was perfect.

The room is enormous, very quiet, with a separate bathroom that is fresh and fairly new. The landlord is very attentive, the beds are long, each with its own duvet, and there is ample space in the dresser and wardrobe for a week’s stay with plenty of luggage. The historic building has original floors and ceilings, is very bright, sun‑protected, has air conditioning, many pillows, and antiques in the room, making it very personal and individual. The Vaporetto station is less than 100 m away, the breakfast area and drinking fountain are less than 5 minutes away, and the location is very central and quiet. Sustainability is emphasized, so there is no change of bath or bed linens. It is absolutely fine for a week. Information about the drinking water fountain – very sustainable and cheaper – is on the room with two water bottles. Very positive! Many good tips for local gastronomy. The student quarter is very close, so the crowd is mixed. Near many excellent bakeries, also for breakfast. Unfortunately the coffee machine at the entrance was broken and couldn’t be replaced, not the landlord’s fault. The stairs have high steps and are narrow. The curtains could use another wash. All in all, everything is just excellent.
