“Wonderful hotel near central station”
The staff were very helpful. Especially Mikala, who did everything she could for us when we needed to charge our phone after we dropped off our luggage.

The location was excellent, very convenient and close to the city center and all the attractions I wanted to visit. It was easy to get around and explore Copenhagen. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations, especially in the bathroom. I believe the hotel could improve its cleaning standards to provide a more comfortable stay for guests

The pool usage was great, and there were games in the lobby. The breakfast table was uncomfortable during the week.

The complex is great, with very good facilities. The room is spacious and comfortable, and breakfast is good. It’s right next to the central station, though there’s a bit of train noise in the morning.
