The place sits right near the beach, and the bed was comfy; having a mini fridge and a shared kitchen was handy. The Wi‑Fi never worked, and when I messaged the staff about it they didn’t reply. I also couldn’t get hot water in the shower, but I managed to get through two nights.

I never arrived because the owner cancelled my already paid reservation. He told me I would be the third person in the room, but I said I’d be the second, so we settled on the extra amount I’d pay upon arrival. While driving to the location, he called me saying something had happened and he could no longer provide the booked accommodation (already paid two weeks ago). He offered a different place for one night and then another for the second night (I had a two‑night reservation), which I refused, and he cancelled the booking. I suspect he wanted to cram three people into the room to make more money.

The location is good, but there was noise all night and the insulation was poor.

Very close to the beach and shops, all within a 5‑minute walk from the train station with a direct bus. The room was clean, the air‑conditioner worked, and the beach is suitable for small children. It’s a pity that everyone smokes and throws litter on the sand, and no one cleans the beach.
