La posizione vista mare. Arredamento datato. Essendo parte di una casa privata si sentono rumori e odori della cucina. Le porte non insonorizzano e si sentono tutti i rumori. La sgradevole sorpresa è stata: il proprietario alle ore 20.30, dieci ore dopo aver lasciato l'appartamento, ci ha addebitato 200€ per un presunto danno al vetro della doccia ma le foto che ci ha mostrato evidenziavano un vetro integro e una cerniera rugginosa. Vista l'età di arredi e infissi, risalenti agli anni settanta, e la possibilità del gestore di prelevare somme a sua discreziine, diventa molto rischioso soggiornare in quel l'appartamento

The breakfast was a set of items the host prepared at the start of the stay: crackers, a pack of croissants, cookies, 2x milk, several flavored yogurts, jam and Nutella, fruit juice, and a few other things I can’t remember exactly, all for you to make yourself. There’s a capsule espresso machine. Overall, the place was clean. It’s very close to the Stella Polare station and the nearest public beach, which you can see from your room window. The kitchenette is a cabinet with two electric burners, a sink, a fridge, a set of basic dishes, and a microwave. I had a very good rapport with the host, who let us leave our luggage after check‑out before heading to the airport. The only thing I’d change is the pillow inserts—they could use a refresh. I’m sensitive to scents that an average person might not notice, and it bothered me that they were a bit old. We were surprised to learn that the apartment is a split‑off from a larger unit that people often entered and exited; we could’t hear those people, but it still caught us off guard. It didn’t really bother us, but it was unexpected.
