“Celé zle”
The room was fine, but that’s where it ends. The weekend price for two was excessively high, and wellness wasn’t included. Breakfast was served in the bathroom dining area and the quality was terrible: dirty cutlery and glasses, food from the previous day, the sweet section was a stale wrapper bought fresh only after we asked. I’m not even commenting on the extra wellness fee, but on the day of departure, with 50 minutes until check‑out, we were still lying in bed when the cleaning staff came to tidy up and they didn’t even respond to our call. I’ve never had a worse experience.
