Great location, just a short walk into Keswick town centre. Well maintained, lovely, comfortable guest house. Everything you need in this home from home! The host Tim was brilliant, knowledgeable about the local area, places to visit and eat. Smashing fella, made us feel so welcome. His breakfast is delicious. 10/10 all around :) The only downside was the parking around the streets; everywhere was so busy. The property has one space for dropping off cases/bags, which is a huge bonus.

The spot was spot on, the place was spotless, breakfast was tasty with a good spread, the host was friendly and knowledgeable, and the décor was really cool. The room was a bit cramped, but it was still nice.

Very clean and tidy. Good variety for breakfast, with juices, cereal, nuts, yoghurt etc followed by a full English breakfast. Tim was great with recommendations for walks, pubs or restaurants. Highly recommend ☺️
