The room was clean and comfortable. The extra ten euros added on top of the current booking price, the breakfast and the city tax price made all the difference. This happened a few years back and nothing was done about it. You should do something about it otherwise it shows you don’t care about your customers. Parking is promised but not implemented; I had to talk to the local police to get their advice.

The place was clean. The morning noise from the cleaning crew was a bit early.

The location was great, right in the middle of town, and the room was clean. However, there was no staff present and the self‑check‑in machine failed even though I had a reservation; I had to call to get access. The furniture was cheap and not very stylish, and the wardrobe was already broken.

The location is on a nice square and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The rooms, however, were short on power sockets—only two, and they were hidden behind the bedside tables. In today's age, I would expect USB ports as well.
