Terrado Suites Antofagasta

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast room/restaurant is very good. The à la carte food is unbeatable!!!! The view from the rooms is beautiful. The rooms lack good lighting. If you want to put on makeup in the bathroom it’s impossible to see yourself well. The same in the room: it has a good mirror but the lighting is so low that you never finish seeing yourself in detail. There’s no lamp or ceiling light or anything over the mirror at least to change yourself. That’s the only thing I could criticize.

The view was nice, but there isn’t much to see around the hotel. My room was nice and spacious, but some details looked old and in need of maintenance, mainly in the bathroom but there were other details. The city is not nice in general. The hotel is good.

“Great Place”

The view is amazing. The location is great. Breakfast was extremely good. Rooms are comfortable. The chair in our room was sort of broken and the balcony door did not close completely. The room was nice enough but it just seemed a little worn out. Still great though.

Everything is real, the attention of the people, the installations, their restaurant, the view in the rooms almost everything. The lack of parking.

“Bien, pero aun falta”

The breakfast buffet had a lot of food variety, which made it possible to choose to your liking. The outdoor pool had a great view. The rooms were very pretty and the bed was very comfortable. The indoor heated pool requires a time slot, which is a pain because you’re traveling and don’t know when you’ll be at the hotel to enjoy it and the sauna. Also, being a fairly well‑known and large hotel, it doesn’t have a lot of parking. So if you drive, and the parking is full (there are about 20 spots), you have to leave your car on the street or find parking at the mall plaza or Hotel Antofagasta, which is farther away from where you’re staying and not someone to watch it. Ideally, they could have their own parking with more availability, roughly the number of rooms and guests they receive, and also ensure that there is a guard to watch them.
