“Ei varata toista kertaa”

Breakfast was shocking. On the first morning the porridge had dried in the pot, as if it could have stayed there for several mornings. The second morning it was completely saltless and we didn’t eat it. Both mornings the bacon and sausages were gone. The pastries were grey, I didn’t even dare to taste them. They were messy and dirty, melted several times. The only things left to eat were dry cocktail pastries and salad. The staff, as soon as we arrived at the hotel, were rude and unprofessional on the restaurant side. The sauna rooms were in a shocking state of cleanliness, with litter (a lot) on the floors, towels, and plates. The apartment was dirty and had bad indoor air quality. The third set of bed linens was missing; after requesting it, it was brought to the door, but later in the evening we noticed, for example, that the blanket was missing. No staff were present. We borrowed from the neighboring apartment. We didn’t get a iron for the two‑day stay. The other owner was not responsible for the issue; the second one would have arranged it at the last minute, but it no longer served our needs. The hotel was directly messaged. Although the price is low, I wonder if this can even be open. The improvements claimed in earlier feedback seemed not to have happened.

The location was fine, but everything needed a complete overhaul; the hotel was not suitable for lodging, the sauna was cramped, towels were dirty in some cases, and the slippers were left on the chairs without a trash bin. Showers were dirty and limescale‑covered, overall unclean. Breakfast was nonexistent and poor, portions ran out halfway, there was dried porridge stuck to the pot’s bottom, we couldn’t eat, breads were hard, cold cuts were bland. Chinese guests ate the breakfast, leaving insufficient food for everyone. The hotel offered no services, smelled moldy, and overall looked very unclean.

“Motel in Autobahnnähe”

The reception didn’t open on time; only after a phone call did an employee start moving. Parking is right next to the room, it feels like a motel, there’s a TV with four channels, and the Wi‑Fi is good. Breakfast doesn’t exist; Asian salads are sealed in a bowl, there’s beef broth, egg, rolls, no butter, no sausage, no cheese, no jam, apparently aimed at Asian guests who were the only ones there. The 10 € for breakfast should have been refunded if it wasn’t included in the price.

Det var ikke specielt godt, og Booking.coms beskrivelse er overdrevet!. Det lignede mere en fabrikslejr! Morgenmad tid var fra 7-9! Det er ikke rimeligt på en søndag!
