The room is very modern and spacious, perfectly located. There was no welcome, a key issue arose but was quickly resolved.

Most things were very good. You receive the room very clean, but daily housekeeping is an extra charge. The room is very small.

The location is fantastic, right in the center. The hair dryer was great and we also liked the heated toilet seat. The staff were reachable and very friendly, and the place was clean. Unfortunately the fridge didn’t work, which we only noticed the next morning; even after turning it on it made a loud noise but didn’t cool. There was also an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom. Because there are no window screens, evening ventilation was practically impossible. The room and bathroom are packed with technology—at first it looks amusing, but the automatic toilet lid opening and the automatic bathroom light switch become annoying. The space feels too small for all that tech. A dust mop or broom would have been useful, and larger trash cans are needed.
