I was charged for a room that never existed; the address was blank, the listed phone never rang, and emails went unanswered—completely scamming me. The booking platform offered no help and left me stranded during peak hours, forcing me to scramble for another hotel through a different app and pay more than four times the price because it was last‑minute. The booking service also failed to respond, so I was left in the lurch.
