The staff were extremely kind and polite, speaking fluent English. The room was clean and I was satisfied. They explained the ideal trekking routes, arranged a car to Huangshan North Station, and finished with a local beer. I have no complaints.

All the staff were great. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was meticulously prepared. They also helped you organise nearby excursions to Xidi or Hongcun. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

The owner, Tim Cui, was incredibly kind and helpful, speaking flawless English and arranging all our transport and info for Huangshan Mountain, which made the trip smooth for us non‑Chinese speakers. The only downside was that the bathroom lacked a floor mat.

We loved our stay before and after visiting Huangshan Scenic Area and can’t recommend it highly enough. The host offered fantastic service with clear communication before arrival, free shuttle pickup from the bus terminal in Tangkouzhen, helpful guidance on mountain routes, planning, tickets, and local recommendations. Great English made communication easy. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and bedding. After returning from the mountain we stayed another night and enjoyed a full breakfast the next morning. There is no better place for anyone wanting to hike the Huangshan mountains. It’s only a 12‑minute walk to the South Gate Scenic Area Entrance. Thank you again.
