The spot was lovely near Big C, easy to walk and drive with quick access to the main road; our kids made friends with neighbours and played every night in a safe, family‑friendly area. The washing machine was unusable and the living‑room AC didn’t cool properly, so I urge the owner to check all electrical gear before the next guest; the owner fixed it promptly.

The house was clean and pleasant, fitting our arrival in Thailand. It sits 15 minutes from the city centre in a quiet residential neighbourhood, yet it’s easy to catch a taxi via apps to get downtown. It met our family needs, especially the distance from the city buzz.
