“Disappointing alternative accommodation that fell short of expectations”
The team quickly found us a replacement when the original property had a water problem, and we appreciated their help. Yet the “upgrade” turned out to be a cramped room with no outdoor space, and the street parking was far away, making it tough to get around. The biggest flaw was the bad air conditioning; the bedroom stayed scorching at night, and the extra fan didn’t help much. With the town fully booked we had no choice but to stay there, but the experience fell short of expectations and left us disappointed.
