“Incredibile staff”

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! Everything was top‑tier—the room was comfortable, pristine, and modern, the location was super convenient, and the value for money was unbeatable. What made this stay truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, helped me with every detail, and provided service that was warm, attentive, and professional. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

We didn’t have much time for our trip to Guangzhou, but choosing this hotel was excellent, which greatly improved our stay. The location is very convenient: the metro is right below the building, letting us get everywhere easily, whether it’s Canton Tower or the shopping districts for eating and shopping. The reception service also satisfied us. The most appreciated thing is that they were able to wash and dry our travel clothes! We didn’t have to take care of it, the customer service staff handled it, which made our trip much more relaxed.

The trip went very smoothly. Check‑in on the fourth floor took no more than three minutes. The reception hall is very stylish. I chose this hotel because I liked its design, and after checking in the impressions exceeded all expectations – great atmosphere! The staff are polite and attentive. The room is thoughtfully planned and spacious. Nearby there are many cafés for afternoon tea and large shopping centres. Overall this is an excellent option for staying in the Tianhe area, highly recommended.

The hotel is brand‑new and sits right next to the metro exit, making getting around a breeze. The overall design is calm and minimal, and the air‑conditioning works perfectly. Reception staff are very attentive and ready to help with any question, and the personal concierge service is top‑tier, rivaling five‑star properties. The room comes with a smart assistant called Xiaodu, which is super handy. It’s spacious, and the fridge holds free drinks. The bathroom and toilet are separate. I’m completely satisfied with the trip and will stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou!
