The cleaning is mediocre; the area under the bed and the radiator were dirty, the kettle was limescale‑covered and still had water, and there were residues on the night tables. The shower was broken. The reception was cold, and the breakfast was average. Staff are reprimanded in front of guests, which is unpleasant. There is a courtyard, but it’s poorly maintained. Despite that, it’s noisy—you hear people in the hallway. In short, stay away.
