For the price, the hotel is decent enough. Rooms are small but spotless, staff are friendly, and the location is a 5‑minute taxi ride from the station. The breakfast was very disappointing: the hotel is all “expensive luxury,” yet the breakfast was a let‑down. There were no eggs, only pre‑packaged yogurts and chunks of fried chicken. The coffee machine was broken. Breakfast starts at 7 am; on the second day we arrived right at 7 am because we had an early departure, and nothing was ready—just an empty table with a couple of bananas, and we had to wait for any food to be brought out even though we were in a hurry (we had a train ticket). Also one night there was a weird show: they played the first channel with Kadyshova songs, blasting it all over the area, and it could be heard in the rooms. No idea why or for whom they organized that party—there were no guests.

The reception was very good, though the language barrier at times made things a bit awkward. The facility itself is very good. I didn’t get enough info on where to buy dinner or lunch if I needed it.

I absolutely loved it; they went beyond my expectations, so thank you 🙏🏽. The Sunna wasn’t on, but I’m sure I could ask them to turn it on.
