“Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible.”
The front door was locked so I couldn’t check in, and when I finally got the call the door was open; the room door couldn’t close properly so I had to prop a chair, the hair dryer cord was broken—hazardous—and there was a hook on the bed that injured my leg—should be sued for that; the TV didn’t work, no internet connection, the ceiling panel looked like it might fall; how can you associate this hotel with bookings.com? If it hadn’t been so late and I hadn’t driven hundreds of miles I would have left, but I was too tired.
