The room sleeps three guests with a large double bed and a sofa bed, and an extra bed can be added; three cribs are also available. It includes a private bathroom equipped with a walk‑in shower, a hair‑dryer and complimentary toiletries. Air conditioning, a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, a tea and coffee maker and a seating area complete the in‑room amenities.

Greencafe is good. The staff, especially Ishan and Ayush, are very helpful and supportive.
We enjoyed a wonderful 1‑night stay at the Hotel Sugar Stars Inn. The location is perfect—only a 10‑minute walk to the Banaras Railway station. Our deluxe double room was very clean, quiet, and modern, with fast free Wi‑Fi. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and gave us great restaurant tips. Breakfast included fresh fruit, warm pastries, and eggs cooked to order. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

The staff were very accommodating, but I felt the hotel was a bit overrated after seeing the reviews; nothing stood out. The room hadn’t been cleaned before I checked in, dust covered everything, and there was a leak in the shower.

The hotel has a great location, clean and tidy rooms, very friendly staff, and a wonderful interior. Walking the corridors sometimes feels like you’re in an exhibition of photographs, paintings, and other objects. The hotel’s café “Green Mama” deserves special praise; it’s the best kitchen I’ve tasted in Varanasi. I recommend the hotel without any doubts 😊
