The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us useful tips, and a great doorman welcomed us at night. The location was excellent and everything was closer than we expected. The room and bathroom were clean upon arrival (family room on floor 1), making it a solid choice. Breakfast selection was more than adequate. The only downside was the sink height, which was very low—important for a wheelchair user—and the size matched that of a tiny guest toilet. Washing hands was fine, but face‑washing without flooding was impossible. The shower entry (a bathtub) was awkward; the tub itself was higher and set on a pedestal, making it slippery and risky to exit. Overall, there were no storage shelves or hooks, towels stayed damp, and a few shelves with hooks would help. Two or three stools would also be useful.
