The team—Danielle, Tiffany, and Mr. Coleman—were outstanding at Stay Apts., always kind, courteous, and ready to help whenever needed. Melissa, the housekeeper, worked hard to keep our room tidy and was very friendly. The location is ideal, right next to everything in Ocala.

The apartment looked like the pictures, though I suspect they have larger units than the one we stayed in. From the photo it seemed bigger, but it still worked for us. The building’s exterior is renovated and well kept. I appreciated the laundry room. Daniel, the front desk lady, was nice and handled a serious room issue for us. When we arrived, there was a problem with our accommodation, but Daniel resolved it first thing the next morning and did the right thing.
