“Extremely rude staff”
The room had a nice design, but the staff were extremely rude. The parking valet gave us incorrect info about street parking, leading to two tickets, and his remark afterward was “I didn’t know it’s wrong ma’am, everyone parks here”. The receptionist was disrespectful and raised his voice at me, a level of conduct I’ve never seen in a hotel. On top of that, there was no hot water in the room (just warm), low water pressure, missing towels, and the coffee machine didn’t work. I’m writing this because of the staff, but overall it was atrocious.
