The place is very clean, well‑located, and the host is pleasant and helpful with any questions. The coffee is tasty, and you can brew it in the room with water, juice, and milk available. Renting a bike is a great option I chose. The quiet, salty sea air mixed with Italian pine is something I’d love to return for. I didn’t like that the description said breakfast was included, yet every day the same cookies and buns become boring. With kids I’d prefer a breakfast where you can boil eggs, fry an omelet or bacon, and make a milk porridge for the child, preferably in a separate room. That might not matter much to others. I arrived late in Pisa and that day there was road repair, so I had to take a taxi, which was pricey. Later, after checking the bus route, there were no issues getting from the hotel to the airport during the day. It would be nice if umbrellas were available for rent.
