The house felt like a beautiful pause in time, Philippe welcomed us with great kindness, the place was calm and charming, the breakfast was magnificent—nothing to add! A tip for future guests: don’t hesitate to arrive early; the sunrise is worth it.

My mother, husband, and I had the house to ourselves, the interior is rustic yet the bedrooms are modern, spacious, and the bathroom especially large; the house is peaceful, there’s a pool but we didn’t use it.

The house’s charm, bedding quality, calmness, no surrounding noise, and the hearty, varied breakfast were all excellent; however, there were no keys on the doors, no lockbox in the rooms, so you’re left with unattended belongings—an important drawback for me.
