“Considerando o custo benefício, ok.”
Cost‑benefit compared to the surrounding prices, being in a high neighbourhood gives one of the best views of Porto Seguro’s coast and region. For those who like it, you’re practically alone in the environment, there are no permanent staff at the lodge and everything is handled remotely, from arrival to departure. The space is huge: there’s a pool, a dining area, a room with a big TV. If you don’t mind the negative details, you can go without fear. Location: Because it’s on the hill, for those on foot the shops are very far, I recommend it for those with a car. The photos really match the place. Despite the owner’s good intentions, the places are dark because of the colour choice, the sheets are also dark and loose paint, the floor is rough, it feels like you’re always stepping on sand, there’s a lack of daily cleaning, there are many cobwebs and the guy who lives there leaves used utensils around. There is no TV in the rooms and the sofa in the living room, although it’s big, has an odor that dominates the environment and region.
