It was a wonderful stay! The service and food were great, and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend doing it at the end of a trip after seeing all the sites!!! Nothing – everything was great!

The hotel complex is beautiful and well maintained, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The huge pool area is especially great, letting guests spread out wonderfully and always find enough space to relax. The Lazy River is a real highlight! The cleanliness is particularly positive – both the rooms and the entire hotel complex are clean and well kept. The buffet offers a large, varied selection and the food is tasty. Overall, a fantastic place where you can feel completely at ease and enjoy your holiday! Unfortunately, the spa offerings did not convince me. The massages were nothing special and felt more like a simple oiling than a professional massage. The manicure with regular nail polish was also disappointing. You can easily do the result at home – and probably even better. Therefore, we cannot recommend the spa treatments.

Overall, everything was great. I liked the hotel and the staff, and the facilities were great. All in all, I think it is great value for money for Egypt. In terms of what could be improved, I can't think of much. The water in the pool felt quite cold at times, but then again, the weather in Hurghada wasn't great during our stay, so that was probably a factor. Also, keep in mind that the beach is a mix of sand and pebbles, so it's a good idea to pack water shoes. That said, that's just the nature of the coast rather than a fault of the hotel

The hotel is amazing, spotless and super comfortable, and the staff are fantastic—Mustafa at reception was very welcoming. The place is great for kids, with drinks and snacks always available without having to ask, and the daily offers keep coming. It’s a very family‑friendly spot, and the buffet food is varied, plus there are other restaurants that require a reservation.
