The address listed for this property turned out to be wrong; I tried calling the phone number but it didn’t exist, and I sent an email to be contacted immediately because I was on the street without accommodation. No reply, and after paying €60 for a phantom property I ended up spending the same amount on a hotel just to avoid sleeping on the street. Ten days have passed and no one has responded. I demand a full refund from booking, which still hasn’t moved.

I was glad to be close to the train station, but checking in was a hassle; no responses came, and we had to wait outside feeling unsafe. The hall and stairs looked dirty, broken, and under construction, giving a bad first impression, though the interior of the accommodation improved.

The air conditioning and TV worked only after I swapped the remote with another room's. A fridge in the common area had utensils, a sink, a microwave, and plates. The toilet seat was broken, and there were two twin beds in a king‑size frame. The sheets were threadbare and fell off when you lay down; the mattresses were stained, and the toilet was stained. Coffee was missing for the first four days, even though the listing promised a nice breakfast selection with fruit. The picture showed a sweet, but it was only left for days. The toilet smelled, perhaps due to gunk or mold in the shower walls. Towels were threadbare and basically rags.

Breakfast was only served on two days, after which no one took care of supplies or restocking. The fridge held milk with a March expiry date, yet it was still in the fridge in mid‑May. The dishes were not washed. The bathroom had severe mold, the fixtures were barely usable, shower heads were broken, the shower cabin was leaking, and the toilet had heavy uric stone buildup. No cleaning or service staff appeared during the stay, and no one was seen even on the departure day. We strongly recommend removing this establishment from the listings. The main issue was the lack of cleanliness; if there is no breakfast, it should not be offered.
