This was my second stay; the buffet breakfast was delicious, the front‑desk staff were very courteous and got us into our spacious, reasonably priced room right after cleaning, but the air‑conditioning leaked water.

The spot was great and the room was solid, but the 24‑hour in‑room dining was a let‑down.

The hotel was clean, yet breakfast was only available in the rooms and was very basic with no coffee, the restaurant and bar were closed throughout my visit, and I didn’t like receiving phone calls at 6 a.m. on two consecutive days asking for the breakfast delivery time.

I was really impressed with the location of this hotel, which is perfect for exploring Jakarta's southern neighborhoods. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a nice, laid-back vibe. However, the gym could do with a bit of an update - it's starting to look a bit dated.
