We never ran into any staff, the toilet areas could use a professional clean, the door codes didn’t work so we had to call the front desk each time, we had to change rooms three times, there was only one power outlet in the room, and the ceiling lights were broken.

Parking was in the hall and I could walk straight into my room even with a late arrival, but breakfast was okay while the restaurant’s rush had already peaked.

The service was good and everything I needed was in the room, but I would have liked the trash emptied at least every other day.

The room was tidy, the bed was good, it was climate‑controlled, the TV had a big picture, and the central location was right next to the square, but finding the entrance was a bit tricky because it’s on the back yard, only visible from the goods‑receiving area; I didn’t meet any staff during the stay except in the breakfast area where a friendly Indian restaurant employee asked for my room number. The entrance and corridors felt out of sync with the room level, yet a pleasant surprise was that the rooms were cleaner and a touch more modern than the corridors and lobby. Breakfast was fairly limited.
