The hotel definitely matches its 4‑star rating; the room I stayed in was very clean, spacious, and well‑equipped, and I appreciated the chocolate and champagne bottle upon arrival. The buffet food is very good with plenty of variety, and the overall service—cleaners, waiters, receptionists—is excellent; I would definitely recommend it and plan to return. The only suggestion is that the hotel should increase security because some guests are careless and ignore rules, such as hanging towels on hammocks to reserve them, putting them on room balconies, or not washing before entering the pools or jacuzzi, which leaves sand in the water.

The location, the staff, the cleanliness, and the food selection were all great, but the pools were too small.
