I had a terrible experience at Hotel Kapitan: the carpet was filthy, there was no radiator in the bathroom, and everything felt like the PRL era. I will never stay there again.

The reception girls are always very polite—thanks to them. The location was convenient, but the room was smoky, the door was damaged, and the room, like the others, needed a renovation; at 180 zł I would have preferred more comfort.

The parking was fine, the reception was open 24/7, and the location was good, but the room was noisy, the extractor fan creaked, the air smelled heavy and unpleasant, the mattresses were sagging, and there was no kettle.
