Nice modern clean hotel on the outskirts of Vinh—great if you're just passing through like I was. The neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges but the locals are nice and friendly—typical.

The location is convenient to the highway. The room had a strong cigarette smell, was stuffy, and it seemed the hotel allows smoking in rooms???.

The pillowcase was dirty; hair from the previous guest was still on it. The staff at the handover shift didn't hand over the room to the guest who had booked in advance.
